OutPlay Squash welcomes players of all abilities to our Social Sessions. These are based at various locations in central London. New players can attend the Social Sessions on a Day Membership basis while considering an Annual Membership. If you are new to squash, please see this handy BBC guide. There is no need to book in advance of attending a session – simply turn up to any session and ask another player to introduce you to the person running the session who will give you a quick introduction to how things work.
Your first session is free, and you don’t need to have your own equipment – you can borrow a racket if you don’t have one.
The emphasis at these sessions is on playing squash socially. Please see our where to play page for places to play squash outside of social sessions. Players looking to play squash competitively are encouraged to speak to a member of the Middlesex Team.
If you would like to be kept updated with information about sessions please check our Facebook Page, or ask to be added to our WhatsApp News Group.
