Session Information

Our Regular Sessions

All of our regular sessions are open to players of any level from complete beginner and up.

During the sessions you will play a number of games against a number of different opponents to ensure that everybody gets a good variety of games.

Typically you will play a game, and then come off court and join the back of the queue and get paired up with another player ready for your next game.

We limit the number of players who can attend our sessions, and this ensures that you get 40-50 minutes of playing time within the 2 hour session.

Games are played to 11 points.

Each month the 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday afternoon sessions are split into two groups based on ability levels so at these sessions all of your games will be against players of a similar level.

On most Sundays we run a beginner/improver session for 40 minutes immediately before the main session. This is aimed to help improve your basic shots and technique.

All sessions require pre-booking to ensure we have manageable group sizes.  We open bookings weekly in our WhatsApp News group – contact us here for more information, or to be added to the group.

You do not need to be a member at any of our centres to play at our sessions.  We book the courts in advance and you can just head straight to the squash courts to play.
